I loved Taylor's performance on SNL. The difference between 20 and 29 doesn't seem like much to me. Maturity varies widely and there are some very wise 20 year olds and very juvenile 29 year olds. When I was an 18 year old college sophomore I had an affair with my 34 year old professor and I remember him fondly. We got along very well and had similar interests. Of course he'd had the time to have had more life experiences than I had, which made him more interesting to me. Your lovely wife seems to be a very mature and centered person, much more so than a lot of women much older than her.
